The book explores ZWRCN’s experiences in implementing gender budgeting in Zimbabwe. ZWRCN has worked towards increasing government’s capability to develop gender responsive policies, programmes and budgets.  The book also shows how Zimbabwe has acceded to declarations, conventions and protocols that aim to create an enabling environment for the attainment of equality between women and men through gender responsive budgeting
